How to Schedule a Zoom Meeting and Invite someone on iPhone - TechOZO

Hello Everyone, this video about schedule a Zoom meeting and
invites other people to join. Zoom app already have this facility to schedule a
meeting and preschedule meeting is great things to do. Also, it really helps
others to manage their time to attend the meeting. In the zoom app within a few
steps you can schedule a zoom schedule meeting & invites other to join.

Now comeback to the topic & let's begin.

1.      
Open the Zoom app from your phone. Remember you
must have a Zoom ID to sign in

Notice in the bottom of the screen few options
are available and we are at Meet & Chat tab now. And from the top
menus tap on Schedule to schedule a zoom meeting & invite.

Name of your meeting over here and tap of starts
for fix the date and time.

4.      
From duration u can fix the duration of the
meeting.

5.      
If you would like to repeat zoom schedule
meeting tap on repeat and you an option to repeat every day, every week and
many more.

6.      
Repeat ends also can be manage from End repeat.

And in the meeting options you can turn on Host Videos on,
participants videos on. Enable waiting room is already on which is really a
good option.

If you like to record your zoom meeting automatically tap on
Advance options and turn on record automatically. Now tap on Done to complete
and move to a new page call New Event.

It’s a review of schedule meeting and from here you can
manage alert before the meeting starts to remind all invites like 15 min before
or up to your choice.

Now tap on Invitees to add attendees, tap + icon to add from
your contact or you can type address. All set and now tap DONE to complete
schedule. Great !! all done.

To know your upcoming meetings, Tap on Meetings from bottom
menu and check all the up coming meeting list. Tap of any meetings to edit or
delete or add more invitees. You can invite ppl by send email or message too.
